My classes are non-exclusive. Yoga is for everyone, for every body. I welcome those who are completely new to yoga - all levels of fitness, including those with stiff bodies, derive the benefits of a well-rounded yoga practice. No one is too old, too tired, too stiff to learn and improve their overall health and well-being. The physical benefits of yoga are also mental benefits - they develop simultaneously. Please let me know if you have physical injuries/conditions before taking class.
