These classes are non-exclusive. My training in the Iyengar method enables me to adapt the poses to meet individual need and offer classes that are for every age and level of fitness, including those with stiff bodies. Newcomers are always welcome. With regular practice everyone achieves real change, real improvement. The physical benefits of yoga are also mental benefits - they develop simultaneously.
